* The fulfillment location for all of our products is Los Angeles, California, and we offer pickup in Koreatown. Pickup date and location will be coordinated via email with customers who select this option at checkout.

Orders placed on the Bburee website can only be delivered within the United States and its external territories. We will notify on our website when international shipping becomes available.

We accept PO Box addresses. Orders in the contiguous states will be dispatched via USPS.

Prices on the Bburee website exclude tax. Tax will be calculated at checkout and displayed on your invoice, sent with your shipment email.

Although we cannot guarantee it, we'll do our best to accommodate your request for orders that haven't been processed. Please contact our customer service for any order cancellation or change requests.

We try our best to meet our delivery timeframes, but external circumstances may cause delays. Most late parcels arrive within 5 business days of their expected delivery date.
Please review the following before requesting an investigation:
Check delivery address: Ensure the address details in your order confirmation email are correct.
Courier service notification: Check for a notification card left on your premises or any email, app, or text alerts from the courier service.
Allow time between tracking updates: Couriers often provide milestone updates only, so there may be delays between tracking updates.
Accepted on your behalf: Check if someone else at your address accepted or signed for the item on your behalf.
* Shipping timeframes are approximate and not guaranteed. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Further delays may occur during peak periods.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service for the return address. Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

As our products contain no artificial preservatives, we recommend using them within 12 months of opening. After that, the aroma and effectiveness may diminish.

We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

We import our core ingredients, hinoki cypress oil and water, from South Korea, while the rest of the manufacturing takes place in Los Angeles, California.

Currently, we offer only one fragrance: hinoki cypress.

No, all of our items are cruelty-free products.

As essential oil-based products, they are free from chemicals, artificial preservatives, and allergens common in many conventional home fragrances.
