Unopened Products

You can return unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To begin the process, email help@bburee.com with 'Return Request' in the subject line and include your order confirmation number. We will provide the return address. Please note that we are unable to cover return postage. After shipping, send us your tracking number, as we cannot issue a refund without tracking information before delivery. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Missing / Damaged / Defective Products

We offer full refunds or replacements for missing or damaged items, as well as in the unlikely event of an adverse reaction to our products. Email help@bburee.com with 'Return Help' in the subject line, along with your order confirmation number, details of the issue, and a clear photo of all items in their received condition.

Lost Package

Our couriers have up to 4 weeks from the warehouse departure date to deliver. If your package shows no movement within this time, you can choose a refund or reshipment. While we take responsibility for courier errors, we ask for your patience as we confirm the package's whereabouts. For a faster response, you may file a claim directly with the courier.

Tracking Information

Couriers may take 1-2 business days to update the shipment status. If your tracking number isn't working or updating, please contact us at help@bburee.com for assistance.

Unauthorized Resale

All Bburee products are for direct consumer sale only. Any resale or distribution is not authorized without written consent from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders from suspected resellers and will not process returns or refunds for resold items.
